Can't be much harder than the USB Floppy RAID, or USB Sony Memory Stick RAID:

I wonder, if you had 5 keys all plugged into the one USB hub, and you could 
just cart 'round the hub as your "backup drive". ^_^
(Of course, any target system would need the same RAID configuration for it to 
be portable...)
