Well, it depends on your concern for the semantics of the phrase "open
source". Obviously, you can get hold of the entire source for djbdns and
you can modify it on your systems and use it privately as you please. As
can anyone else. However, I hear, there are certain limitations upon
redistribution (as with qmail).
