[plug] email hosting

Hi,

I have a domain that is parked with netregistry and a static ip adsl account 
with iinet. I want to host email only for that domain (no web page at the 
moment). There is already a server running exim4 that all my email is sent 
through. I'm using fetchmail to get mail from various accounts at various 
isp's.

How do I go about this? Is it simply setting up DNS on the server? Or do I 
need an isp? Does there need to be a secondary server? Do I use something 
like http://www.smartyhost.com.au/bargainhosting3.html ?

Any advice or pointers welcome.
