[plug] Recover Data from a CDRW

How do I go about recovering data from a disk that was written by InCD
on XP. Of course it says that there is nothing on the disk. Nero says
that there is a session there, but Linux fails to see anything.

The disk is written with UDF and the MCW(?) option was ticked.

Any suggestions?
