The apache2 configuration file on my (Debian sarge/sid) machines is:
/etc/apache2/apache2.conf
which uses the Include directive to pull in:
/etc/apache2/mods-enabled/*
/etc/apache2/httpd.conf
/etc/apache2/ports.conf
/etc/apache2/conf.d/*
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/*
Depending on what you want to change, it'll be in one of those files
(or directories) :-)
Cameron.
