[plug] Installing Firefox on Mandrake 9

Trying to install Firefox 0.9.3 and keep getting to the same part in the install when I get the following message and the setup closes:

Extracting libplc4.so 
Fatal error [-618]: Couldn't open xpistub library

Am I missing a dependency of some kind?

Tried looking in the Mozilla Firefox forums and found a couple of identical questions but none had been answered.
