It looks like FireFox is trying to use XPrint (*hiss* *spit*). This is 
unlikely to work unless you have it all configured.

Try

$ export MOZILLA_POSTSCRIPT_PRINTER_LIST="spaceship"
$ mozilla-firefox

and see if that helps. You may need to use 'print' not 'spaceship' as 
your description wasn't entirely clear about which was correct.

It's possible that the env var has changed name for Firefox, or that 
firefox does things differently, but this is worth a try.

If only Mozilla, Thunderbird and FireFox would just link to libcups so 
they could "just work" like most other apps these days. *grumble*.
