You're *sick*.  A 250-page proposal?  I spend upwards of an hour per
page drafting proposals.  Writing a proposal that'd be worth upwards
of $25,000 is just stupid.

The job would have to be worth at least a million bucks.

One can of course write programs on a PDA. One can write 250-page
documents on a PDA. One can store gigabytes of recovery software on
compact-flash (or microdrive) that plugs into a PDA.
