[plug] samba on fedora

Have just installed Fedora3 and am having trouble getting samba
configured. I can access the users windows folders/files when logged on
as root which requires the users username and password.
When I log back as user I cannot get any access to files - error window
pops up with -
You do not have the permissions necessary to view the contents of
"Windows Network: <server-name>".
following is samb.conf file for any tips -
