Hi Joong,
I suspect that your DNS servers are not set up correctly (either
you have multiple mis-matched servers, or the zone files are not
in perfect condition). DNS is a global system, so new administrators
should probably read a good primer to ensure success. It's probably
also best to have some examples to learn from. You should also make
sure that your /etc/resolv.conf and /etc/hosts files are set up
appropriately for your circumstances.
Regarding the 'info' address, you should probably familiarise yourself
with the difference between the concepts of a 'mailbox account' and a
'mail alias'. For the purposes of info at blah.com, you could choose either
type of address. If you want to create a whole new mail account (i.e.
with its own password and home directory) then you should create a 'new
user' on your Linux mailserver (i.e. Postfix uses the users who exist in
the base Linux system). Otherwise, you could simply create use an
'alias' to your own account (via Postfix 'aliases' configuration).
