For the record, I was a long-time NAB customer, and never had any problems 
with their Internet Banking (at least, none that couldn't be worked around) 
using Mozilla derivatives. It's still definitely one of the nicer and more 
functional interfaces.

In comparison, sure, Westpac is an easier interface, but less features, does 
some nasty fixed-width stuff, and is lousy for giving printed output.

Still, bank fees have driven me to Australian National Credit Union 
(http://australiancu.com/home/default.asp), who have no account keeping fees, 
and decent levels of free transactions (including some free ATM withdrawls 
from any ATM). Their Online banking is functional - but I *really* miss being 
able to manage regular payments from a web interface...
