PHoto CD format (was [plug] displaying digital images on TV)

I remember dealing with the Photo-CD standard a few years ago (when i was a
scanner operator), back then it wasnt easy to produce actual 'photo-cds' -
you needed the original kodak photo cd system to produce it.. I think things
may have changed since then though, but i dont see any options in nero..
Photo cds work strangely, like when u open a photo cd image, you have a
choice of resolutions to raster the image at.
