I don't think anyone knows that :-)

There has been talk of doing it in April.  Or if not April, then
August.

There was talk of doing one last year, too.  We're not an incredibly
organised bunch.  Well, some of us are, but they're busy organising
the rest of the world too, so Plug stuff does have a tendency not to
get done in a hurry.
