I feel your pain bro.
Half the problem is that ms office 03 is actually pretty good. Office is
probably the one thing ms do right.
Now , that said, unless he needs outlook to talk to an exchange server or
access, theres precious little ms can do that oo cant.
Try getting a selection of ms docs and show him them working equally well
on both platforms.
