Dear Trend Micro customer:

Due to numerous infection reports regarding this malware, Trend Micro has declared a RED alert as of February 25, 2004, 11:25 PM (Pacific Standart Time). This new variant of the NETSKY worm has just been found spreading in Australia.

This memory-resident worm propagates through SMTP mail and drops copies of itself in network shares.

It runs on Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.

Damage Cleanup Template 268
