Oh come on. The very first hit - http://tvilda.stilius.net/callback_en.php
pretty much says "apt-get install ppp mgetty" and then lists 10
simple steps to setup the dialin server. If you run into problems
with that, ask again - but Google is still your friend (googling
error messages is generally pretty insightful). It's very much a
case of RTFM.
