Hey.

Been trying to build an ad-hoc backup system for the student uni guild
here.

Couple of questions.

I'm trying to mount nfs mounts from the OS/X boxes here onto the linux
motherbeast. Its pretty easy to set up the NFS export from the os/x
machines (I'm growing awfuly fond of this operating system. shame its not
gpl's yet) to the linux box, but mounting them on the server just sorta
hangs.

I tried mounting from another NFS server (linux one) , and get the same
result.

Is there any known issues with 2.4.18-1-k6 from deb stable (woody.. at
least I think it sourced the kernel from there) . I updated the kernel
not too long ago (dead easy!) and everything is working just lala fine.
Plus now I get sane nat.

Basically whether its thru fstab or mount -t nfs it just kinda sits there.
all lonely like.

any hints on this?
