I find this very unlikely.. as I use the German word for "testing" it
doesn't even come close to resembling and English word..

Apparently the worm splices existing email addresses to get a
reasonable-looking but fake sender address. Your address may have been
spliced from the same username elsewhere crossed with one of westnet's
domains.
