Foxtel type cables are those big thick black one's right ? and every now 
and then you'll see them go into a booster/repeater box ? if that's the 
case I've seen them slung around some of the power poles in Westminster, 
maybe a few blocks worth of wiring, ending about two blocks from my old 
place.
