Well if everyone was smart enough to fix their own problems and i'd be
broke.

I keep myself sane with the knowledge if this person knew how to fix
their own computer there would be less money in my pocket. 

Now the time I spent telling them that Windows XP doesn't come bundled
with Office XP are billable hours. Doesn't matter that they want Office
XP for the OpenOffice price because neither could I give them H30 for
the price of H20.
