[plug] Spark accounts?

Who do I need to (threaten to) sleep with to get my spark account activated?
I only require the account and don't need web space or e-mail (I have
far too much/many of these as it is).
I'll mostly be using the account for ssh, telnet on port 25 and thats about it..
Though I might like to do firewall testing (port strobing) on the odd
occasion (all legit of course), does anyone foresee a problem with any
of that?
