I like Odd Muse.  It's simple, the mark-up is simple, installation is
relatively painless as it's just a perl script, and if you need more
functionality you can write perl modules to extend it (or download
ones that others have written from oddmuse.org).  It's less than
amazing speed-wise, though, so if you expect a lot of concurrent users
or have a slow server, you may wish to avoid it.
