do you want to participate in the discussion or just bask in the
insightful words sprouting forth from the wiser heads on our planet?
i read nanog list (http://www.nanog.org/ networking gurus), firewall
wizards list (http://honor.icsalabs.com/mailman/listinfo/firewall-wizards/
lots of general security as well) and linux kernel mailing list (via
kernel traffic http://kt.zork.net/). i learn a lot but i can't imagine
ever contributing.
if it's interaction you want i've found being subscribed to all the
australian LUG lists (SLUG, MLUG, PLUG, LinuxSA) provides enough
interesting topics to participate in.

supine: From the Latin for "lying on one's back," to be supine has come to mean
"inactive." But as Damien Hirst suggests with his maxim "Minimum effort for
maximum effect," there's nothing wrong with being inactive.
