Agreed. I've only ever had one bad support experience with WN, and on
the scale of bad ISP support it was pretty middle of the road. The rest
of the time they've been very good. Not that I call much. My general
experience with their support was absolutely excellent when I first
signed up with them, but it has slowly been going down hill in both
response times, and more importantly staff expertise. Big-ISP-itis, I
guess.

I strongly agree with Senectus on the website though. Uggh. What's wrong
with MAKING TEXT INTO LINKS, PEOPLE?!? Why I can I not click on "ADSL"
to go to the ADSL section? Why must I click "more" instead?

You can certainly do much, much worse than WestNet.
I'm going to be signing up with ArachNet for my new home DSL service
(I've just moved), unless anyone has any great big warning signs to
throw my way. For all I know, I may end up back with WN in no short
order, but we'll see.
