Second that.

iiNet mail servers started forwarding dupplicate copies of my messages to 
a mailing list. They claimed it wasn't their problem.

On the third day at midnight I sent copies of 97 messages to their support 
and advised them which server was causing the problem to get it fixed.

I don't use their servers any more.

I setup TLS and auth on a co-lo server I have at anither ISP and use that 
now.

But, to be fair, they have a lot of customers so it's easy for first level 
support folk to get it wrong.

And there's the drop outs ...
