We're currently looking at a $20,000 colour laser / copier / scanner, 
partly to save money on inkjet carts. Those things cost big money to run 
when you're using them heavily, and these days we do. The new 6-colour 
ones with separate inks just cost /even more/ to run (though we weren't 
buying that to reduce running costs). So I share your pain.
