[plug] syslog support for kernel messages

Hi folks

Just a heads up: recent 2.6 kernels (at least) have gained built in
support for sending kernel messages over the network, with NOTHING
running in userspace. Can you say "finally I can capture kernel panics?"
(well, hopefully anyway).

In recent sources:
Documentation/networking/netconsole.txt

It seems to have gone relatively unremarked upon, so I thought I'd point
it out.
