[plug] plug mailing list vs Forum

Well the newsgroup idea kills many birds with a big flat piece of sandstone :-)
You get to keep the mail list for those that prefer it, you get a
"forum" type enviroment, and you get a form of archive, possibly
negating the need for a mail list archive.

I'm going to do some reading on this.. the more I think about it the
better an idea it sounds. (well in my head anyway ;-)
