Hmmm ... I was able to reproduce that page using 'spark.plug' in the URL.
I found one post still in my plug inbox with that wrong 'List-Archive:'.
Maybe just a temporary config error and my bad luck to test that post.

All others work fine with:
List-Archive: <http://mail.plug.linux.org.au/pipermail/plug/>
