I live in Baldivis (more south than Rockingham, and a little inland), and get 
a watchable image. A bit snowy, but always colour (except for B&W films -_^), 
and sound is reasonable.

As to content, well, there's nothing I really tune in to watch (not that I 
watch much TV as a general rule anyway).
