Various large organisations and network providers have their own,
identified by the host names 'ntp' or 'time' (e.g. time.uwa.edu.au,
ntp.it.net.au, ntp.westnet.net.au, time.iinet.net.au), etc. There is
probably one close to you and, normally, you should simply choose that
one. (Some people may use multiple servers, or servers with particular
connectivity/accuracy.)
