[plug] Printing from Evolution 1.4.5 and gnome-cups-manger

Ahh that would be the problem the build in sid wasn't built with
libcups.. ):

Thanks Criag that helped in that respect but Evolution still doesn't
appear to print to gimp-cups-manager. I'll have to sleep on this one.
