[plug] windows - a rant - WMA

Works for me if you wait 15 minutes or so. For some reason it doesn't
like caching. Maybe you could try with a smaller cache it may start
faster.

 i used to listen sometimes in the morning. A couple of weeks ago i
turned it on and forgot. 30 mins later it was blasting out the speakers
and scared the sh!t out of me.
