You may need to run updatedb (probably as root)

It should be there . In mdk 9.2 its in 
/lib/modules/2.4.22-21mdk/kernel/drivers/usb/acm.o.gz

So I would expect something like
/lib/modules/[YOUR KERNEL VERSION]/kernel/drivers/usb/acm.o.gz
