[PLUG] Internet sharing Mandrake 10.0 to 98SE

Could be 2 problems, firstly make sure the Linux Server's firewall isn't
blocking the port for ICS,

The only thing you'll have to do on the Windows machine is make sure it
is getting it's IP address from a "DHCP server" make sure you have not
specified an IP address.
