[plug] Outgoing mail - System footer

I wish to append a dynamically generated footer to all outgoing mail. I 
am using Exim4 under Debian. Is this possible? (Running a program and 
appending the output to the foot of a mail message) and can it be mime 
compliant?
I don't want to be relying on the mail program, I would prefer if Exim 
could do it.
