I have a NFS server giving problems. It authenticates the request but
the RPC times out on the client. Sometimes after a number of tries (as
the client are set to background the mount request) it will get through.
It happens on a number of clients for this one server. Client error is
'mount: RPC: Timed out'
The server is 192.168.0.8 and the clients are 192.168.0.5,78
Thanks
Tim

The server is running:
ii nfs-common 1.0.6-1 NFS support
files common to client and server
ii nfs-kernel-server 1.0.6-1 Kernel NFS
server support
