[plug] procmailrc script not working

Below is my .procmailrc recipe which isn't working. Unfortunately all 
mail goes into the PLUG folder instead of only plug mail. I think is it 
interpreting [plug] as p|l|u|g (p or l or u or g...) so almost all mail 
goes into the PLUG folder (I havn't had much mail yet. I tried \[plug\] 
which also didn't seem to work.
