In the past I've thrown in a Win98 boot disk and done "fdisk /mbr", that
will get Windows running again and hose your boot loader unless you've
truly screwed it over.  

If Windows still doesn't work something else is wrong with the install
I'd suggest.

If it does work ... then throw in a Linux CD or the recover disk you
religiously made and boot into your Linux install and run lilo.

If it breaks, you didn't hear all that from me :)
