[plug] FAT (Flash Card) Undelete

before you play with this stuff, dd an image off the stick just in case.
I was able to grep the image and retrieve the basic file I needed
without having to resort to buying software.  

Was going to mount it as an iso (but it wouldnt do it for some reason)
and boot vmware as dos6 and use its undelete but didnt need to go that
far.
