afaik it was a bug in gdk.pixbuf code that affected the mozilla under unix,
so it wasnt a mozilla bug per se, but the unix mozilla uses the gtk/gdk
libraries
to work ... the same as the windows mozilla uses the broken microsoft jpeg
libary.
