[plug] Mandrake and Debian troubles

Hello,

I am having trouble with loading Mandrake. I get the following error
message:

"There was an error setting up inter-process communication for KDE. The
message returned by the system was Could not read network connection
/home/spirk/public_html/.DCOPserver_localhost_O"

How do I recover from this error.

Also when I load Debian, I'm having trouble reading the login screen. The
font comes out all crappy like in small font and is unreadable. How do you
fix that?
