KDE Desktop [plug] X forwarding SOLVED

Yeah currently my problem is that when I load up xwindows then kde it 
stuffs my screen up and sometimes it doesn't work at all.  It just 
crashes without giving me an error report so I don't know what I'm doing.

I can get it through vnc however for some reason the window manager is 
fvm or something like that and I can't get that to work properly but 
thats just my inexperience with this.
