My /etc/urpmi/urpmi.cfg is:

main rsync://mirror.pacific.net.au::mandrake/devel/10.1/i586/media/main {
  hdlist: hdlist.main.cz
  with_hdlist: media_info/hdlist.cz
  key-ids: 26752624
}

contrib rsync://mirror.pacific.net.au::mandrake/devel/10.1/i586/media/contrib {
  hdlist: hdlist.contrib.cz
  with_hdlist: media_info/hdlist.cz
  key-ids: 26752624
}
