[plug] Exim holding mail for too long

I am using fetchmail to download my messages. When it downloaded 27 plug 
messages the following happened.
2004-10-18 15:53:44 1CJSKt-00077y-RT no immediate delivery: more than 10 
messages received in one connection
And it held some of the messages until I pushed them out with runq (I 
think that's what happened, else they just followed by them selves)
So how can I get it to pass them all through at once?
