[plug] Type B Bridged Ethernet ADSL

Has anyone used an Speedtouch 500 series with type B bridged mode but
allowed the speed touch to still be a router?

All the documentation I can find mentions it acting as a bridge to the
computer. But I want it to bridge to itself(?) and still be a router. It
makes sense that it would, after all it uses IPoA instead of PPPoE.

Any comments from people that have actually done this or similar would
be greatly appreciated. :)
