Because your mail client is adding a Reply-to: header, and mailman adds
its own rather than overwrite yours.

ie the headers become:
Date: Fri, 10 Sep 2004 16:34:46 +0800
From: Joel Johnson <jjohnson at westnet.com.au>
Reply-To: plug at plug.linux.org.au, Joel Johnson <jjohnson at westnet.com.au>
To: plug at plug.linux.org.au
Subject: Re: mail-list vs news, was Re: [plug] Looks like the LCA DVD is
out.

If you are able to edit your OE settings, remove the Reply-to header.
It is superfluous since it is the same as your From: address.
