[plug] 403 Forbidden awstats

Hi all

I got awstats running like a T my fcron has no errors updates ok
only problem is i cant view it ( the page )

I get this
You don't have permission to access /awstats/awstats.pl on this server.

Can any one tell me what the perms should be please, i'm new to awstats and it has me foxed big time.
