If you break a contract and the other part does not notice, the contract
is nevertheless broken. If this agreement had to be argued in court,
though, what would be the definition of "premise"? WestNet probably
meant "premises", but even then what are your "premises" in this
setting? If you were sharing *solely* between yourself and a specific
neighbour (and not leave the connection open to the public, and not
give your password to your neighbour), is it true to say that your
neighbour's dwelling does not form part of your local network premises?
