[plug] exim3->exim4-heavy apt-get upgrade borken.

I've been planning for some time to do an upgrade of exim3 -> exim4. I've
done dry runs, know all the pitfalls, etc.
But one thing has me rather miffed. When I go to do the upgrade on the
production server, the damn thing just hangs there on setting up
exim4-base (I change
the refs from woody to sarge , apt-get update and go from there). Is there
any way of finding out where the snafu is. If i can work out what script
is causing grief, I can perhaps hack at the script, but yeah. its a pain
because I have to quickly backtrack and restore exim3. I really want this
upgrade to be 10mins max.
